Occasionally I make some videos of mountain walks, climbs, paddles in my packraft, reviews or some feature videos of places I go. I have also made a number of microadventure videos with my young daughter. RECENT VIDEOS

Kammok sent me their All in One Mantis Hammock System and I just spent the weekend in Scotland and had the opportunity to sleep in the hammock on an island in Loch Lomond.

The Kammok Mantis is great for this kind of trip and compares favourably with other shelters in terms of size and weight. It was easy to put an comfortable to sleep in but takes some getting used to to find the angle to sleep and also the appropriate insulation underneath you [read more].

Adventure in the South Downs

Microadventure on the Coast

On 7th October 2017 Emma and I went out for a wild camp on one of our wild coasts... not too far from somewhere less than wild. We were joined by Dan.

make a packfraft GoPro mount

I made a custom mount for the rear of the Alpacka Denali Llama Packraft and took it out for test on the River Great Ouse. 

P is for Paddling #30dayswild

It was Emma's first time in the packraft and, except for some hissing swans, it was a perfect picture of calm and quiet.
